Warehouse Trainer

Your Role: Provide hands-on leadership in the warehouse by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel. Record keeping of all training records. Frequent participation in loading, unloading, picking and receiving.

• Safely and efficiently utilize warehouse material handling equipment
  
• Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use warehouse management systems
  
• Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies
  
• Serve as a coach and mentor; Smile a lot; Be a good co-worker; Inspire others
  
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by using lean tools to eliminate in all areas of the position
  
• Other duties as assigned
  
• Schedule: Wednesday thru Saturday Nights
  
• Indoor work with hot and humid or cold temperature extremes
  
• Overtime as required to meet the demands of the customer
  
• Perform special projects as needed
  
• Possible need to arrive before and/or stay after shift to fulfill responsibilities
  
• Extensive standing/walking while operating warehouse equipment
  
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.
• Indoor work with hot and humid or cold temperature extremes
  
• Overtime as required to meet the demands of the customer
