Take the lead in a high-impact, strategic role focused on optimizing our daily delivery network. You will be the architect of our distribution process, ensuring seamless and cost-effective product delivery to our customers, including all critical export activities.

  • Strategic Optimization: Design and implement the daily delivery plan to achieve the lowest cost of distribution, leveraging advanced planning and resource management.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Strategically navigate complex local and international transportation regulations and operational constraints (including compliance, product availability, and driver/vehicle capacity) to ensure safe and legal operations across all routes.
  • Customer & Operational Excellence: Coordinate the entire product flow, from availability checks to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Enablement: Prepare and clearly communicate optimized routes, including precise loading and unloading instructions, empowering our transport drivers with the information they need for successful execution.
________________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred or High school degree with five years related experience and/or
training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Length & Type of Experience:
* Prefer five years' experience distributing industrial gas/packaged gases, or related industries.
* Recommend a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
* Knowledge of DOT regulations regarding hours of service and the handling of hazardous
materials.
* Experience using google systems in the workplace (docs, google sheets, slides) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to operate forklift and maintain appropriate forklift certifications.

* Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.

* Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

instructions, and procedure manuals.

qualifications but not specifically described.
