The Americas Regional Partner DevelopmentManager, is a leadership role that reports to the Microsoft Elevate Global Channel Leader.As the Regional Partner Development Manager, you will bring, enthusiasm, optimism, and passion to drive significant growth and change within our partner ecosystem. Your challenger mindset, knowledge of the technology industry, market insights, understanding of the competitive landscape, and ability to influence for impact will be crucial in empowering your teams to expand our robust ecosystem of world-class partners.As a transformative leader, you will establish deep relationships in the C-Suite and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to tackle complex issues to enable our Partners. #CELA Partner Development Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,400 - $243,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,000 - $267,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
