Overview

We are looking for a Change Management Lead to design and drive how AIenabled solutions are adopted, understood, and successfully embedded across the organization. This role sits at the center our AI Acceleration Program, leading highpriority initiatives that help teams move from awareness to confidence to real value. You will shape how change lands-ensuring people understand why it matters, what is changing, and how to succeed in an AIdriven environment. This is an individual contributor role responsible for leading complex, visible programs through influence, clarity, and execution-partnering closely with program leaders, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained impact. AI Acceleration Program sits at the heart of this work-helping the Customer Success organization move faster from AI experimentation to enterprisewide impact. The Change Management Lead exists to turn powerful AI capabilities into connected, intuitive experiences-ensuring solutions are easy to adopt and cohesive across the organization.

Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
