Co-Op will take place inaState College, PA.The Supply Chain Department at Utzaincludes:aCustomer Logistics, Demand/Supply Planning, Innovation, Purchasing, Transportation, and Warehousing. The successful co-op candidate(s) will work for one of the areas listed above.aTheaco-op position is a paid full-time position where you take a semesteraoff ofaschool to work.

Key Responsibilitiesa

Demand Forecasting:aa

• Assistin analyzing historical sales data to contribute toaccuratedemand forecasts.a

Inventory Management:aa

• Support the maintenance ofoptimalinventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.a

• Monitor inventory turnover rates and propose improvements for more efficient stock management.a

Order Fulfillment:aa

• Work closely with thelogisticsteam to coordinate thetimelyandaccuratefulfillment of customer orders.a

• Assistinoptimizingorder processing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.a

Data Analysis:aa

• Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights and generate reports on key performance indicators.a

• Contribute to the development of dashboards for real-time monitoring of supply chain metrics.a

Cross-Functional Collaboration:aa

• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement,logistics, and production, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.a

• Participate in regular team meetings to share updates and insights.a

Transportation/Warehousinga

• Tracking freight through coordination with carriers.aa

• Work with both transportation and warehouses to coordinate shipments and inventory.a

Job Requirementsa

• High levelof competency in all Microsoft Office products.a
