Within the Short Form Skilling team,we arehelping learners build skillsfasterwithshort video and digitalcontent, activated onsocial platforms.We arefocused on reaching new learnersto help them thrive with the skills of the future, while drivingbusiness growth by expanding Microsoft's presence among workforce audiences.

As a Content Program ManagementInternon the Business User Audience team, youwill help deliver clear, relevant content for keybusiness user audiencescenarios. Youwill collaborate with partners to keep informationaccurateand up to date, support team leaders on content needs, and take ownership of tracking and communicating status across projects.

This role is 100% remote and may be performed from any US based location during the 8-week program which starts June 15,2026,through August 7, 2026.



Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and delivery of shortform skilling content for business userstoleverageAI tools like Copilot, helping gather requirements and curate learning experiences.

  • Contribute audience insights to shape skilling strategies by understanding business users'skillingneeds, preferences, and behaviorswith a goal to upskill the business user to use AI more effectively.

  • Assistin developingengagingshort formvideocontentacross learning channels,communities,events, and social platforms to reach and upskill new learners.

  • Monitor content performance and audience feedback toidentifygaps and propose improvements that enhance the user experience.

  • Collaborate andparticipateincross-groupproject work, including structured teardowns that surface issues,opportunities,and provide improvement recommendations across an endtoend experience.

  • Learn and apply generative AI and Microsoft content guidelines (accessibilityandinclusion) to support scalable, highquality content development.

  • Support project reporting and deliver a final presentation toGlobal Learningstakeholders, summarizing insights, learnings, and recommendations.



Qualifications

RequiredQualifications:

  • Currently pursuing aBachelor's Degreein Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, or related field during the academic termimmediatelybefore the internship.

  • Must have completed at least 1 year of undergraduate studies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with knowledge management and/or digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web,short form video,social media,scriptwriting).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories for broad audiencesand simple storytelling.

  • Demonstrate interest in learning, skilling, digital content creation, or AI technologies.

The base pay range for this internship is USD $5610.00 - $11010.00 per month. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $7270.00 - $12030.00 per month.
