It manages engineering expertise in data networking, system administration, security, and wireless networking to address business customer needs. The role differentiates by combining deep IT knowledge with wireless domain expertise to support both customers and internal engineering teams. Success is measured by effective team leadership, customer engagement, and contribution to sales outcomes.
