Description
We are seeking: Regional Director of Clinical Services for Senior Living, RN Required Wage range: $125,000-$135,000 annually, depending on experience. The Regional Director of Clinical Services is primarily responsible for providing education and staff development support to communities, including general orientation, specialized training in identified areas of need, and other topics as assigned. In addition, this position will provide RN support and/or Interim Director of Health Services/Director of Nursing coverage at locations on an as needed basis. When assigned to a designated location, this position assists with planning, coordinating, and managing the nursing/home health department. Maintains quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards. Upon assignment by supervisor, assumes responsibilities of daily nursing operations in the absence of Director of Health Services/Director of Nursing. Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Director of Clinical Operations. Qualifications:
