The Senior Manager, Digital Data and Analytics will manage our holistic digital measurement and analytics strategy, assessing performance across our channels to optimize on effectiveness. Analyze funnel performance, our results and other data sources to determine opportunities and recommendations for optimization.

You will report to the AVP, Digital Marketing.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.

Position Compensation Range:

$113,000.00 - $194,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and financial models.
  • Build hypotheses, identify research data attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.
  • Work with partners to identify and scope new opportunities for reporting and analyze applications to evaluate performance and to support our decisions.
  • Keep up to date with developments within the industry and develop strategies that allow the company to take advantage of those opportunities.
  • Incorporate findings and provide industry and competitor insights as part of the analysis and model enhancement.
  • Responsible for communication and delivery of reporting and model results to business partners, supporting socialization and adoption of analysis results into activities and decisions.
  • Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
  • Lead with influence and expertise. Contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values and practices.
  • May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience with customer data, MarTech, and digital analytics tools and platforms including Google Analytics (preferred), Adobe Analytics, GCP Big Query, Salesforce, Tableau, and similar.
  • Prior people management and insurance (or financial services) experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating business implications of data relationships and results of financial models to multiple business partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in public speaking and use of appropriate presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading large complex projects related to analytics.
