Position Overview The Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) Sr Manager Leader for Corporate Functions plays a pivotal role in advancing RBS methodologies across Corporate Function teams-including Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Supply Chain Sourcing, Strategy & Business Development, and Legal. This RBS leader partners closely with functional leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, coach teams, deploy RBS and Continuous Improvement tools, and support transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives. The role focuses on driving measurable performance improvement, strengthening problemsolving capability, and embedding sustainable CI practices within functional processes.
