We're interviewing and looking to hire a dynamic Technology Support Specialist to join our Southminster IT team!

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite) | Starting compensation: $50,000, plus benefits and annual pay increases

What You'll Do:



  • Provides support to end users in the usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
  • Maintains computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.


  • Maintains, troubleshoots, and resolves computer and peripheral equipment.
  • Determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.


  • Installs equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned by the IT Director.

Basic Requirements:



  • Associate's degree and 2 years of professional information technology experience OR a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365/Entra, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networking LAN, and WLAN
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents and staff, following oral and written directions.
  • Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operations of telecommunication systems
  • Willingness to take on other responsibilities as required.


Desired (But Not Required) Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a Citrix environment
