Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Senior Program Manager. Location: Oakland, CA. Top Things Looking for:
  • Strong project management, writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
  • Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Case manages data requests from start to finish; responsible for strategizing and developing responses to external questions.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to provide collaborative factual responses utilizing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Verifies facts, validates commitments, and compiles supporting evidence for statements made in response.
  • Works independently on most issues.
  • Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals.
  • Provides direction on overall program plan and goals.
  • Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
  • Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
  • May develop new and ad-hoc reports, summarize findings and recommendations, and provide business insight.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired:
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Program Management.
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams.
  • Ability to work within a Regulatory environment.
  • Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.
Desired Environment:
  • Primarily remote office environment with extensive use of personal computers, telephone conversations, and conference calls.
  • Preferred in person meetings for onboarding and coaching throughout assignment (once per week).
Education:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
  • 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
