Primary Purpose
Completes core compliance and provision activities, reconciles data to source systems, and recommends targeted fixes to improve cycle time and data integrity. The Tax Analyst is responsible for: (1) preparing quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, (2) preparing income tax disclosures for external reporting, (3) supporting tax planning, forecasting, and modeling activities, (4) researching and quantifying the tax impacts of current and proposed tax laws and regulations, (5) identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Tax Accounting and Reporting - Prepares the quarterly and annual income tax provision and disclosures in accordance with ASC 740, including effective tax rate calculations, deferred tax assets/liabilities, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.



  • Tax Planning and Optimization - Supports forecast modeling of effective tax rates and cash taxes in collaboration with FP&A and assists in evaluating taxefficient strategies to support business objectives.
  • Tax Compliance - Ensures timely and accurate preparation of federal and state tax returns while adhering to statutory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Tax Legislation Interpretation - Analyzes existing and emerging tax laws to determine their operational impacts and identify related risks and opportunities.
  • CrossFunctional Tax Collaboration - Partners with finance, accounting, legal, and operational teams to assess tax impacts of business decisions and ensure accurate integration of tax requirements across the organization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
