The Opportunity We're looking for a strategic, data-driven and growth-oriented Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Marketing team-a central, highly visible function that partners across the organization and with executive leadership to shape the narrative of electric cooperatives nationwide. You will be a trusted strategic partner responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns that directly influence product adoption, member engagement and revenue growth across NRECA's suite of programs, services, and educational offerings. You'll bring a modern marketer's mindset-combining audience insights, data analytics, and emerging tools like AI-assisted content development-to design campaigns that drive measurable results. Along the way, you'll help elevate how we go to market, telling compelling stories that demonstrate the value of NRECA membership and the impact of electric cooperatives. What You'll Do
