Job Description

Send out, track and distribute medical, military, and other government agency records requests for clients and provide to attorneys and students. Monitor requests, responses and received records to make sure files are complete and properly organized. Coordinate directly with clients and medical and military providers and other agencies as necessary to secure the signed documents and records. Prepare FOIA and Privacy Act Requests to secure VA and other government records. Maintain client status board. Support service officer and attorneys as requested with regard to individual client legal needs. Assist with general clinical work as requested.
Attention to detail is required.

Shift

15 to 20 hours per week; flexible schedule as approved by the Director

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
Grade: 007
