Position Description

We are looking for team players who are curious enough to ask questions and explore new ideas, passionate enough to serve our customers, and ready to take ownership of challenges and grow with us. We are a team, first and foremost, and we take pride in our collaborative efforts! The EHS Safety Coordinator assists in the coordination and implementation of workplace safety programs and compliance activities. This role involves supporting safety training, inspections, incident tracking, and regulatory documentation to promote a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support safety training programs and ensure accurate tracking of employee participation.

  • Conduct routine safety inspections and site walkthroughs to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.

  • Assist with incident investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions.

  • Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Support emergency preparedness planning, drills, and communication efforts.

  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote safety awareness and culture.

  • Assist in managing PPE inventory and proper usage.

  • Facilitate communication between EHS leadership and employees regarding safety updates and initiatives.

Required Education & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in occupational health and safety or EHS coordination.

  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHS software preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks.

Education Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
