About the role: Work model, sponsorship, relocation: Your responsibilities will include: * Create and deliver physician training curricula for Cardiac Rhythm Management technologies, including the EMPOWER Leadless Pacemaker and the mCRM Modular System, and support all required training components. * Design curricula by assessing and analyzing HCP learning needs, aligning educational strategies with organizational objectives, and developing content through participation in cross-functional teams, physician and industry presentations, conventions, forums, and meetings. * Identify and engage key opinion leaders, expert speakers, and academic partners to deliver defined curricula and provide technical and clinical insights supported by real-world application. * Define training approach, scope, and methodology to maximize impact by determining target audience, timing, location, and delivery requirements, while overseeing execution in partnership with a program coordinator. * Develop innovative training and education tools to support learning objectives and procedural skill transference, including simulations, models, visualizations, and digital or interactive methodologies; manage vendor relationships and contracting activities. * Conduct post-program evaluations of educational content and faculty, monitor changes impacting training requirements, and implement continuous improvements to training protocols and materials. * Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and field personnel through scheduled meetings and ongoing collaboration. * Execute activities of major organizational significance and serve as a primary internal and external contact for operational and contractual matters related to CRM training programs. * Provide program oversight by defining objectives, assessing progress, managing annual needs assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality controls and risk mitigation requirements within the defined training framework. * Collaborate with CRM Sales Training and Marketing teams to support Boston Scientific employee training requirements, as needed. * Maintain ownership of the annual budget and participate in Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plan activities. * Travel approximately 30% to 50% based on business and program needs. Qualifications: Required qualifications: * Bachelor's degree. * Minimum of 8 years' experience in the medical device industry or a related field; advanced degree preferred. * Background and formal training in Cardiac Rhythm Management technologies and procedures, including implantation of diagnostic and therapeutic devices. * Experience developing and implementing local, regional, or area-based training programs for CRM devices. * Preferred successful completion of the IBHRE examination with ongoing certification maintenance. * Experience developing and maintaining professional relationships with physician customers, field representatives, and electrophysiology lab staff. Preferred qualifications: * Demonstrated ability to think strategically with a strong appetite for innovation and continuous learning. * Deep technical knowledge of CRM technologies, including historical evolution of the field, with hands-on experience in training delivery and system troubleshooting. * Experience creating and delivering systematic, quality-controlled training programs. * Strong program management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
