What you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet talent needs in your assigned area.
  • Proactively source and maintain applicant pipelines using community partners, schools, networking, job boards, and social media.
  • Coordinate recruiting marketing efforts with hiring leaders and marketing teams.
  • Use recruiting tools and technology to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Manage requisition creation and hiring in the applicant tracking system with hiring manager input.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, including OFCCP and EEOC.
  • Network via phone, social media, and other sources to build candidate flow for current and future needs.
  • Source, prescreen, and assess candidates through resume reviews and interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person).
  • Communicate the company's value proposition, job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities to candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess candidate fit for behavioral and technical competencies.
  • Keep hiring managers updated on candidate status, hiring progress, timelines, and challenges.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and candidate engagement throughout the process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics weekly.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting in warehouse/logistics settings
  • Proven ability to build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, networking, and social media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for sharing complex or new information
  • Friendly, effective communicator with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues
  • Ability to provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Understanding of and ability to communicate business needs
  • Knowledge of hiring-related legislation (Title VII, PDA, ADEA, ADA, GINA, IRCA, FCRA, OFCCP)
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting distribution center teammates and CDL-A drivers, consulting with hiring managers, using HRIS and ATS software, running job fairs, and applying situational/behavioral interviewing
  • Preferred: Workday experience
