St. Anthony, a Luxury Collection Hotel San Antonio, opened in 1909 and has been designated a national historic site. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:




  • Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally



  • Provide information on local attractions, dining, transportation, and events



  • Assist with reservations, directions, and special requests



  • Coordinate services such as transportation, deliveries, and maintenance requests



  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries



  • Maintain a clean, organized concierge desk or lobby area



  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously



  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments



  • Uphold property policies, safety standards, and confidentiality




REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:




  • Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



  • Professional appearance and demeanor



  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities



  • Familiarity with local area amenities and services (or willingness to learn)



  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservations software



  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays




Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
