  • This role supports the day-to-day production and operational management of prepaid airtime cards and related collateral materials.
  • The Analyst is responsible for coordinating production schedules, maintaining accurate records, processing purchase orders and invoices, and supporting operational and administrative activities to ensure products are produced correctly, on time, and without defects.
  • This position is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, requiring strict adherence to established step-by-step procedures. Accuracy, organization, and consistency are critical to prevent production errors and ensure smooth execution across internal teams and external partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Airtime Card Production & Operations (Primary Responsibility):
  • Support the production of prepaid airtime cards and related collateral materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage production schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update production trackers, schedules, and documentation.
  • Ensure products are produced according to approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist with resolving production or delivery issues by escalating and coordinating with appropriate stakeholders.
Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Create and maintain purchase orders (POs) related to airtime card production.
  • Review, process, and track vendor invoices; support resolution of invoice discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate processing of transactions within internal systems (e.g., financial or supply chain systems).
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation to support audits, reporting, and operational reviews.
Process Compliance & Quality Control:
  • Follow defined operational procedures step-by-step to prevent defects or errors.
  • Support administrative portions of POSA-related activities as needed (e.g., documentation, coordination, tracking).
  • Assist in ensuring all operational activities comply with internal policies and quality assurance requirements.
Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare basic reports, trackers, and summaries related to production status and operational activities.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding timelines, status updates, and required actions.
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed by the team.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Two or more years of experience in supply chain operations, card production, manufacturing support, or operational project management.
  • Experience in administrative or operations-heavy roles involving repetitive processes, documentation, and transaction processing.
  • Experience with prepaid cards, POSA environments, or production operations is a plus.
  • Experience with OFS/ SAP a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow structured, step-by-step processes with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong administrative skills, including tracking, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic data analysis, tracking, and reporting (pivot tables and formulas preferred).
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues, gather information, and escalate appropriately.
