DIGITAL CONTENT & BRAND EXPERIENCE INTERN
Some people wait for moments. Others capture them. Which are you? If you're naturally drawn to filming, photographing, or documenting what's happening around you, this Digital Content & Brand Experience Internship gives you the opportunity to turn that instinct into real-world experience. You'll work closely with the Employee Brand Experience Manager to create digital content that brings Minitab's culture and employee stories to life. You'll produce video, photography, design, and storytelling content for our SharePoint intranet-our digital home for employees-as well as social media and recruiting initiatives. This is not a shadow-and-observe role. You'll concept, capture, and edit real content for a real audience. Beyond content creation, you'll gain experience in employer branding, internal communications, and digital storytelling, learning how strategy and creativity intersect to shape employee experience. You'll also build hands-on skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft tools, and emerging AI technologies to enhance content creation, research, and creative workflows. By the end of the internship, you won't just have portfolio pieces, you'll understand how storytelling, technology, and brand experience influence culture from the inside out. RESPONSIBILITIES
