Job Title: Loan Operation Rep I Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246 OR Greenville, SC 29607 Duration: 12 months Assignment (potential to temp to hire) Work Model: Hybrid Model, 4 days a week in office Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, 8am to 5pm Summary: Relocating funds that have been rejected by the system and were not able to be processed. Must Have: Previous 1 year of mortgage/loans experience Strong attention to detail. 1 year of strong administrative experience. Must have 1 year of experience with Microsoft Suites, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Back-office work exp in banking sector. Supporting Loans related to mortgages. Loan Service experience would be ideal. Loan servicing related to mortgage. Attention to detail. Decisioning loan experience. Must deliver quality of work. Education: High School Diploma Nice To Have: Adaptable, professional, flexible, a quick learner, and has strong customer service skills. Loan processing experience - mortgages. Familiarity with mortgage terminology. System experience with: LoanServ, Fidelity/Bluezone. Position is offered by a no fee agency.
