As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit for employees, visitors, and drivers, including verifying credentials, documenting arrivals and departures, and directing traffic flow as needed.
• Complete reports and log entries regarding patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant updates to the client and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have X-Ray screening experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have a state, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
