Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver in Scottsdale, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine checks, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will deliver strong customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, people-first team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. This is a driving post, requiring a valid in-state driver's license.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, suspicious activity, and access control concerns, and communicate updates to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems as assigned, such as badge-controlled doors, visitor logs, and alarm notifications, and report irregular conditions in accordance with post orders.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and assist with basic customer needs such as directions and service requests while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
