  • Apply working knowledge across design, development, writing, pre-production, physical production, post-production, publishing, and operations, with deep expertise in one or more areas
  • Solve complex production challenges by identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative, scalable solutions
  • Communicate effectively across teams to align technical and creative visions
  • Craft compelling stories and experiences that engage and inspire target audiences
  • Champion psychological safety and inclusive collaboration, supporting diverse perspectives and equitable decision-making
  • Exercise sound judgment and act decisively to uphold core values and code of conduct
  • Evaluate content to ensure alignment with creative and technical direction, including interviews and content screenings
  • Direct nuanced creative and technical changes across disciplines with minimal guidance
  • Produce and deliver video-focused content for projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Contribute hands-on expertise in writing, design, or production as needed
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop clear pre-production plans, including audience definition, timelines, and risk identification
  • Recommend and apply appropriate production styles and techniques for digital media
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner and relationship management
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • Working knowledge of budgeting principles
  • Solid understanding of business objectives and products
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in marketing
  • Experience with content management systems and content operations
