NV5 is looking for a Sr. Project Surveyor/ Manager to join our West Coast Geomatics team. In this role, you will lead operations in our Washington service area while supporting Geomatics staff across other Mountain West and Pacific Northwest locations. The position can be based in one of our offices in Bothell, Olympia, Seattle, or Vancouver, WA. As part of our growing West Coast Geomatics team, you will help expand our Washington and Pacific Northwest operations, oversee professional review of work products, manage office and field production, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also support business development efforts across multiple business units, including preparing scopes of work, fee estimates, proposals, and fostering strong client relationships. Lead and supervise project survey teams across urban, rural, and remote areas of Washington and the Pacific Northwest, including scheduling, coordination, and daily operations.

The pay range for this position in Washington is $130,000 to $180,000 per year. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
