Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of IT, the Senior SAP FICO Functional Lead role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, coordination, and designing all finance-related activities. As a member of the global competence center, this role will provide direction and support for financial solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. The individual will collaborate directly with users and SME's of the finance department to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
In addition, the Senior SAP FICO Functional Lead will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for other departments that integrate with finance. The individual will collaborate with business users, developers, and other IT teams to analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to ERP best practices. This position will also manage internal and external resources to deliver:
* Projects on time and within budget * Quality deliverables that fully meet desired business objectives / requirements while maximizing business value * Expected services in line with service level agreements and business\user expectations Responsibilities
* Implementation & Configuration: Lead and manage SAP Finance and Controlling module implementation projects including requirement gathering, blueprint design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Ensure that the SAP FI/CO solution aligns with business processes and regulatory requirements.
* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Develop and enhance financial reporting solutions in SAP, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Utilize SAP's reporting tools and BI solutions to deliver actionable insights.
* Integration Management: Oversee integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (Materials Management [MM], Sales and Distribution [SD], etc.) and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
* Process Optimization: Analyze current financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize financial operations and reporting accuracy.
* User Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities. Develop user guides and conduct workshops to ensure effective use of the system.
* Project Management: Lead or participate in SAP finance projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure SAP FI configurations and processes comply with relevant financial regulations and standards. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and SAP best practices.
* Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to SAP FI functionalities. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex financial system problems.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP FICO configurations, processes, and changes. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
Education and Experience
* 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO functional area, with extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in all FICO modules (AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA and PC), integration with other SAP Modules (SD, MM, BI), build the SAP Inbound / outbound interface with third party systems
* Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, engineering, or related field * Must have pharmaceutical and/or healthcare applications experience
* Deep knowledge of ERP Core Modules, Process Flows and Fiori Apps
* Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA/SAP ECC configuration, integration, and support * Strong experience in Supply chain Product Costing experience * Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and technical ABAP skills Skills

Proven ability to design, code, document, test and debug applications across all phases of the system development life cycle 8. Manages assigned tasks and juggle urgent requests as they arise 9. Strong time management skills to execute and deliver quality services, on time. 10. A "can-do" team player that has a strong desire to continuously improve performance and service. 11. Strong knowledge of following business process Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory and Warehousing 12. Hands on experience processing EDI documents and setting up trading partners 13. Experience working with Bank Integrations and Payment Processing Vendors 14. In depth knowledge of reporting and analytics tools and ability to drive global reporting projects Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Bridgewater, NJ based position is $130,000 - $150,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee on the payment date.
