As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible, and watch for security-related concerns such as suspicious activity, theft indicators, and property issues. You will engage shoppers and store teams with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff and/or visitors by carrying out Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, observing for suspicious activity and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disruptions, disorderly conduct, and/or emergencies, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, support loss prevention and/or operations teams as directed, and assist with crowd flow during peak shopping periods.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and patrol activities according to site requirements, and communicate with supervisors and/or law enforcement when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
