Project Economic Control Manager -Propulsion System

The Project Economic Control Manager (ECM) under delegation of PEM or Cost Management lead in each Tech Center (TC) is accountable for achieving annual spending targets of projects for the ER&D and Investment by:



  • Leading all PRS project spending forecast, track analysis and implementation
  • Having interface with VEMO on PRS ABP budget and spending status
  • Tracking the status of TM1 and data extracting for analysis
  • Leading Make & Buy project spending forecast, track analysis and implementation

Basic Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years' experience in above disciplines, having worked in cost management roles with responsibility for Budget and TPC
  • 3+ years working experience in the fields of propulsion system
  • Project management and planning skills, ability to lead cross functional work groups, meetings and task forces
  • Good analytical skills and open and curious interdisciplinary mindset
  • Good communication and presentation skills, verbally and in writing
  • Fluent or Advanced English



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in technical disciplines like mechanical, electrical, mechatronics at a nationally accredited institution/university.
  • Previous experience in cost management roles in the automotive industry
  • Previous knowledge of STLA processes and organization, having worked as an SRA or similar
