What You'll Do As a Product Manager Summer Intern in T-Mobile's Commerce space, you will help define and prioritize features that power digital purchasing experiences across web and mobile. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business partners to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements. The role involves analyzing customer data and funnel metrics to improve conversion, checkout flow, and overall commerce performance. You'll contribute to real product decisions and see your work impact millions of customers. Key Responsibilities Product roadmap and prioritization Feature creation and grooming with IT Work with design on premium UX Responsible for business outcome of feature What It Takes Resilience and grit: Demonstrates persistence and adaptability when working through challenges Strong analytical skills: Able to break down problems, interpret information, and support data-informed decisions Comfort with ambiguity: Thrives in evolving environments and can make progress without complete information Bias for action: Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and moves work forward Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation. Never stop growing!
