Responsibilities

You use your strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness to ensure the kitchen remains sanitary, organized, and ready for service at all times. You wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes, tools, and equipment so the culinary team can work efficiently and safely. You keep floors, surfaces, and work areas clean throughout the day, manage waste responsibly, and help move supplies where they're needed. You understand that the pace of Food & Beverage can shift quickly, and you adapt with ease - always supporting the team and contributing to a smooth, polished operation.
