FT SOCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

We are pleased to announce the following available position: FT Social Services Manager

The Social Services Manager role has all the major job duties of the Therapists as well as management and training responsibilities. This includes training to new employees; social services staff continued education to enhance skills; lead therapist in the absence of the DCS or as assigned by the DCS; assists with chart auditing and corrections for excellent documentation, additional training of staff as assigned and intern supervision; knowledge of state and federal regulations, auditing and monitoring processes for efficiency, meets with families and visitors as needed, resolves conflicts and provides daily management and assignments to therapists and interns.

Requirements:

• Prior Supervisory experience

• Masters level experience including group therapy, case coordination, substance abuse, mental health and specific treatment related to adults/children in an acute care and/or intensive outpatient settings.

• Preferred Licensed in the State of Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• This position requires leadership skills and excellent clinical skills
