Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving impactful marketing solutions in the life sciences? We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role, shaping the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives for our clients. In this position, you won't just manage accounts; you'll be a trusted advisor, a visionary, and a catalyst for growth. You'll lead the charge in navigating complex marketing challenges, translating client objectives into clear, data-driven strategies, and ensuring every initiative delivers meaningful results that genuinely improve patient lives. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, scheduled to convert to a salaried position after 3-months, assuming a successful placement.

**What You'll Do:**

* Provide strategic leadership in developing and executing comprehensive interactive marketing plans for clients.

* Act as a trusted advisor, counseling clients on effective marketing strategies informed by research and best practices to achieve their business objectives.

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, proactively addressing needs and identifying opportunities for growth.

* Leverage research, analytical metrics, and strategic insights to develop and present innovative solutions.

* Oversee and lead the development of digital campaigns and project plans from concept to completion.

* Manage project delivery, ensuring financial objectives, budget adherence, and target goals are met.

* Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to continuously enhance and expand integrated solution offerings.

* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively modeling inclusive behaviors and fostering an environment of respect.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

* 8-12 years of progressive experience in client services and agency environments

* Deep expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising.

* Demonstrated success working with clients and brands in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or health industries

* Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, including guiding large teams and managing multiple client engagements.

* A strong track record of business development through exceptional client relationship management.

* Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams across an organization.

* Exceptional strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

* Proficient negotiation skills.

* A blend of creative thinking and strong analytical capabilities.

* Excellent collaborative skills, working effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

* Robust understanding of digital development and processes.

* Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.

* Superior written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

* Outstanding interpersonal skills.

* Flexibility for some travel as needed.
