About the Role As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the detection and prevention of suspicious or fraudulent activity on the BetMGM platform. You will review account behavior, analyze transactional and gameplay data, identify emerging fraud patterns that pose risks to players, and regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to a Fraud Ops Team Lead, you will work within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment, leveraging internal systems, external tools, and investigative techniques to assess risk, mitigate potential losses, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions based on complex information. Your work will directly influence key operational metrics, including AHT (Average Handle Time), CPH (Cases per Hour), AFRT (Average First Response Time), and ACRT (Average Case Resolution Time), and support the operating rhythms of a 24/7, high-growth, and regulated business. Your ability to identify risk indicators, drive timely case resolutions, and maintain investigative accuracy will strengthen overall platform integrity, improve internal workflows, and enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with teams such as Risk, Payments, Compliance, and Customer Care to ensure timely escalation, documentation, and resolution of cases. As part of the Fraud Operations team, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying emerging fraud trends, supporting rule enhancements, and refining departmental processes and controls. This role directly impacts platform security, regulatory adherence, and customer trust. Your contributions help safeguard the customer experience, prevent financial loss, and uphold BetMGM's reputation in a high-growth, and highly regulated industry. Responsibilities:

Compensation The hourly salary range for this position is $23.58 to $30.94. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship.
