Position Compensation Range: Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. The Financial Analyst will join the Finance Analysis CBA Unit, a group that plays a critical role in shaping the future of American Family Insurance. The team partners closely with the Transformation team, operational finance groups, and stakeholders across the enterprise to lead comprehensive Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA) for all projects and discretionary investments, ensuring strategic and financially sound decision-making. Operating at the intersection of consulting and financial analysis, you will collaborate extensively with business partners-solving complex problems, building strong relationships, gathering and assessing data, and developing robust financial models. You will be responsible for constructing CBAs, evaluating financial impacts, and interpreting key financial metrics to drive enterprise value. You will report to the Manager, Corporate FP&A In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034 Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based upon the needs of the role.
