Evening Maintenance Technician I

The Evening Maintenance Technician I will perform basic maintenance tasks to support production operations. This position assists with troubleshooting equipment and making necessary repairs under direct supervision. The role requires foundational technical knowledge and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday

3:30pm - 1:30am

• Work efficiently with the work order system (EAM) to document repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the plant.
• Perform regular inspections and assist with repairs on equipment in the facility.
• Assist in the setup of new equipment; troubleshoot equipment using basic tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Apply knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and controls.
• Demonstrate understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical machines, and mathematical concepts.
• Safely operate power tools and computer equipment.
• Utilize quick and decisive problem-solving techniques under supervision.
• Promote a culture of safety and integrity by consistently following all safety protocols, reporting hazards, and engaging in training and initiatives.

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of six months of related maintenance experience and/or technical training preferred.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
• Basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and controls.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
