Major/Essential Functions


  • Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for Student Engagement projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Stay highly informed of all Student Engagement programs, initiatives, and timelines, and share information across teams to support coordination and collaboration.
  • Coordinate schedules, timelines, and shared resources across Student Engagement teams to support alignment and smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans that guide Student Engagement efforts.
  • Organize, maintain, and secure materials to support Student Engagement programs and events.
  • Maintain extensive working knowledge of Raider Success Hub and utilize it for reporting, communication, and documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge, skills, and best practices in student success and retention.
  • Assist with assessment plan development and evaluation of Student Engagement outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of project planning and execution from initiation through completion; ability to lead project staff and adapt quickly when priorities shift, attention to details, patterns, and trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of and/or experience with student development programs within a college or university setting: Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel/Student Affairs, or a related field; experience supervising student staff.

Pay Statement
