Major/Essential Functions Clinical Supervision to Trainees: Provide clinical supervision and other training-related activities to doctoral interns, graduate practicum students, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy-Associates, and/or Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates. Serve as Coordinator of Practicum Training: Responsible for all aspect of graduate practicum student training program, including selection and orientation of trainees, coordination of ongoing activities of trainees, and feedback on performance to trainee departments. Direct Services to Students: Provide individual, group, and couples therapy. Provide crisis intervention services. Provide Walk-In Clinic triage services. Provide outreach programming Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge and experience in a university counseling center setting, including individual, couples and group therapy, clinical supervision and training, intake assessment/differential diagnosis skills, outreach presentation proficiency, and defined areas of clinical expertise. Knowledge and experience in training and supervision of early career counseling professionals. Required Qualifications Master's-level degree in related area and licensed in the State of Texas by the corresponding professional board.
