Full Time, 40 hours per week, 12pm (noon) - 8:30pm. Monday through Friday, no call or weekends. Eligible for evening pay differential and overtime.
Summary
Responsible for the delivery of Case Carts and Endoscopes to specific locations within the hospital. Responsible for inventory counts of OR peel pouches.

Essential Functions
-Performs safe, effective, and compliant transport of instrumentation and endoscopes throughout the hospital.

-Performs inventory counts of OR peel pouches.

-Assists with unloading washer/disinfectors.

-Assists with departmental cleaning practices.

-Performs as part of an interdepartmental perioperative team, to include effective communication and collaboration with interdepartmental teammates.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Central Sterile work experience 0-1 year preferred and Work experience with Inventory Control Systems 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understands and follows all I C.A.R.E. Standards.
- Able to work independently.
- Works as a "Team" member.
- Basic computer skills required.
