2nd Shift Financial Services Project Manager

About the Role:

A Financial Services Project Manager at Toppan Merrill is responsible for the overall management of client accounts focused on assisting clients with their SEC transactional and compliance regulatory filings.

Shift hours are M-F 2:45pm-11:15pm.Pay $47/HR+.

What You'll Do:

• Trained to assist with the preparation of various client financial disclosure documents
• Coordinate with fellow project managers and internal teams to ensure client SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) filings are executed timely and accurately
• Develop and foster positive relationships with executive level clients by actively participating in client meetings and/or onboardings
• Ensure resolution to client inquiries by acting as first point of contact, directing and/or escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams
• Document all client activities on internal workflow tool to ensure proper detailed documentation for job tracking and billing

About You:

• Talented role model in the delivery of service, demonstrated success incustomer-facing environments a plus
• Possess a keen awareness of deadlines and a willingness to work with team members or alone for optimal productivity
• An articulate, good listener and who can engage with diverse levels within our client base
• Be inquisitive and able to identify client concerns and problem solve solutions when needed
• Possess technology savvy
• Have a natural curiosity for how things work and a desire to continuously learn and improve
• Willingness to be flexible and to work overtime hours as needed, especially during peak season

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 Years Experience working in client service environment.
• 3-5 Years Experience in financial services industry.
