Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Salary: $75,000+ annually, based on experience
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, providing guidance and support to accounting staff
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Direct payroll processing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets
• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations, including payroll tax filings
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors, tax authorities, and external partners

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, payroll compliance, and multi-state tax reporting
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven industrial environment
