Job Summary

The Category and Brand Management team is the central liaison for one or more partners for working with CDW stakeholders across the organization, including sales, finance, and marketing. The Lenovo Business Marketing Manager will own and drive the development of the Lenovo Client Marketing strategy at CDW, leveraging investments and programs to develop customer engagements and sales enablement tools to accelerate CDW's Lenovo Client revenue.

What you'll do

  • Engage regularly with assigned partner(s) to maintain an open channel of communication at all times to ensure that all CDW and partner stakeholders are kept up to date on any and all issues, initiatives, projects, meetings, or conferences.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with Lenovo Marketing Manager, Partner Investments, Partner Finance, Product & Partner Management teams to jointly develop the partnership by creating the "better together story."
  • Develop and own marketing strategy for a $3+ million budget. Lead strategic and meaningful investments that drive demand for Lenovo Client Solutions. Craft and implement co-marketing and co-selling campaigns that drive awareness and demand for Lenovo Client Solutions.
  • Develop internal and external communications to sales, customers, and partners through digital flyer creation and customized email templates.
  • Create dashboard in collaboration with Partner Analytics to track post event ROI performance.
  • Quarterly management of Lenovo Client Marketing Development Funds (MDF) including: sales enablement and customer event management, internal funding processes and Lenovo claim requirements.
  • Execute against plan and activities by providing the proper content and resources to maximize CDW Account Manager and Customer engagement.
  • Maximize overall Partner Controllable Margin (PCM).
  • Drive proper delivery and execution against Marketing Plans and Business Reviews, by taking Lenovo and CDW initiatives and rebranding them into a cohesive message.
  • Streamline sales delivery & events planning execution for CDW events to ensure proper delivery aligned with partnership goals.
  • Support brand managers in sales campaigns and deliverables.
  • Manage inventory and creation of promotional items that meet branding guidelines.
  • Vendor and budget management.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years sales/marketing/project management experience, OR
  • 9 years' experience in sales/marketing/project management, OR
  • 4 years CDW PPM experience and 5 years' experience in sales/marketing/project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to effectively and strategically engage with executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Expert financial and business acumen.
  • Exceptional strategic agility and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving results.

Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed

  • Previous experience in the technology industry.
  • Lenovo Marketing experience.
  • Event and vendor management experience.
  • Co-op and MDF budget management experience.

Pay range: $88,000 - $158,800 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
