Spring Harbor Hospital is seeking a Charge Nursein ourClinical Services Unit/Float Pool. This person will be available to float to all inpatient units, ranging from Children and Adolescents of all ages.Our dynamic learning environment encourages leadership, shared governance, and opportunity to grow. Summary: The Registered Nurse - Charge - Behavioral Health role assumes frontline leadership in the daily operations of the department and works collaboratively with departmental staff, physicians/advanced practice practitioners, hospital staff, pre-hospital providers and community agencies to provide oversight and direction for the delivery of safe patient and family centered care.
