This role leads Netsmart's end user training engagement efforts, serving as the central coordinator and strategist for education across large, complex client organizations. It blends project management discipline with training delivery, with a strong emphasis on coordinating learning plans, defining course needs, organizing schedules, managing logistics, and administering LMS activities. The position requires developing deep expertise in Netsmart solutions across the CareRecord, including post-acute and human services, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, and client stakeholders to map organizational needs, shape content, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

In addition to coordinating training efforts, this role acts as an advocate for the end user by driving the development of scalable training processes, documentation, and technical materials that support implementations and ongoing services. As part of a new and growing team, this individual will help define processes, influence operational workflows, and gain broad exposure across service lines. The role offers strong opportunities for professional growth, particularly for someone who enjoys organizing complex work, thinking strategically, and contributing to the evolution of Netsmart's training and engagement model.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and solve client and end-user challenges through a clear and concise training methodology

  • Produce engaging product documentation and trainings using various media; deliver both remote and onsite training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage logistics for designated internal and customer facing trainings including calendar, registration, attendance tracking, facility set-up, etc..

  • Develop and maintain a deep expertise in the Netsmart product and partner integrations

  • Work in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the end user, to ensure client needs are met and messaging is aligned and consistent

  • Support implementation and managed services teams to effectively training our customers

  • Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical and technical users

  • Develop a testing and training strategy aligned with project scope and timelines.

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 2 years work experience in an implementation, product management or training capacity

  • Ability to develop and deliver multi-modal communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

  • Able to actively learn when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities

Preferred

  • Health care and/ortechnology services and solutionswith emphasis on health and human services or post acute marketplace experience

Expectations

  • Potential travel 20% of the time as needed

  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
