Our Company The Opportunity The Employee Relations Consultant will be a part of the Global Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) organization, delivering high-quality case management while providing essential operational, programmatic, and reporting support that strengthens ER consistency and governance. This role partners directly with business leaders, HRBPs, Employment Counsel and regional ELR partners to help resolve employee issues thoughtfully and support smooth workforce changes. This is an ideal role for a strong ER practitioner who balances casework with structured operational support in a global, matrixed environment. What You'll Do 1. In California, the pay range for this position is $111,700 - $161,675 In New York, the pay range for this position is $111,700 - $161,675 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $104,600 - $151,400 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
