Job Summary
The Sales Development Program Associate is part of a structured two-year rotational program designed to develop future sales leaders. This role provides exposure to multiple business functions, including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Channel Marketing, and Inside Sales. Participants will gain hands-on experience, build business acumen, and develop technical and interpersonal skills essential for success in client-facing roles.


Essential Functions



  • Complete a two-year rotational program with 6-month rotations across: (Sales Operations & Customer Care, Product Management, Channel Marketing, Inside Sales, and could have opportunities in other departments)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and contribute to business objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions focused on sales strategy, technical product knowledge, and leadership development.
  • Engage in continuous feedback and coaching sessions with mentors and managers.
  • Represent the company professionally in internal and external interactions.
  • Deliver a capstone project integrating learnings from all rotations.
  • Successful completion of the program positions participants for roles in Outside Sales, marketing, or other positions.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience)



  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution.
  • Strong business acumen and mechanical aptitude (hands-on/tinkering mindset).
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and work cross-functionally.
  • High intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record, along with adequate insurance.
