Juntos Program Mission: Help students and their families gain knowledge, skills, and resources to ensure high school graduation and broaden post-secondary career and academic opportunities.
Program Objectives:
- Increase family engagement that leads to students' educational success
- Increase the sense of belonging among students and families in their schools and communities
- Increase student success by improving student attendance and grades, and achieving high school graduation
- Increase the percentage of students attending higher education
The
Program Administrative Support Specialist serves as the operational backbone for the National Juntos Program. Reporting directly to the National Juntos Director, this role ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day operations across both the National and North Carolina state offices. The Specialist acts as a primary liaison, coordinating administrative workflows, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining rigorous compliance with university policies. This position is vital in magnifying the program's impact through effective communication, marketing support, and project tracking to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Execute marketing strategies and communication efforts that enhance the program's visibility, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all national and state-level platforms.
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the National Director, including calendar management, travel logistics, and the streamlining of daily office operations for both the national and state-level Juntos offices.
- Partner with state-level team members to identify and fulfill administrative needs, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges the gap between local and national program goals.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related business area; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
