As a Security Officer in Wilmer, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activities, and provide standout customer service through clear communication and teamwork. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license and meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and media location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow by observing entrances, verifying credentials as directed, and assisting with deliveries, vendors, and contractor check-ins in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site contacts and public responders as directed.
• Complete security-related reports and activity logs, documenting patrol observations, incident details, and follow-up actions according to Allied Universal requirements and client expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
