Position Title: Temporary Housekeeper
Wage: $14.25/hour weekly pay Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Don't miss this role for a Housekeeper in Waverly, IA! This is temporary position that could last 1 month to 6 months for anyone looking for some extra cash. Temporary Housekeeper Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Clean and sanitize dormitory rooms, restrooms, showers, hallways, stairwells, and common areas - Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces - Empty trash and recycling and restock paper and hygiene supplies - Clean mirrors, windows, fixtures, and furniture as assigned - Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Temporary Housekeeper Requirements: - Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness - Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks - Dependable, punctual, and respectful of residents' spaces - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time - Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching - Repetitive motions such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces - Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items such as cleaning equipment, trash bags, or furniture (typically up to 25-50 pounds) - Ability to climb stairs and work in multi-level residence halls QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
