  • In this role, you will contribute to the success of our teams by managing recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and helping us attract the talent that drives our innovation.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles-conducting intake meetings, posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers and human resources colleagues to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods, including direct approach techniques, to find and engage qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Support the execution of hiring strategies and contribute insights into market trends and candidate availability.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear, timely communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Help maintain and build talent pipelines for frequently hired or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus events, or online campaigns when needed.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through our ATS and internal dashboards.
  • Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition process improvements and team projects during the leave cover period.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house talent acquisition team.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in an international or matrixed environment.
  • Strong sourcing abilities, including direct outreach, for a range of role types (technical, corporate, and high-volume).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships with hiring teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using an ATS; comfortable adopting new tools quickly.
